About
Memories worth keeping.
I’m Miguel Ángel, the person behind mikamagister. I’m based in Madrid and often spend time in Asturias. I’ve been drawn to photography and film since I was young. I started by documenting my travels, and over time that led me to photograph CrossFit competitions, weddings and other stories along the way.
What interests me most is people — their stories, gestures, quiet moments and the small details that often go unnoticed. I like to work in a calm and natural way, looking for images that feel honest, elegant and unforced.
For me, photography and film are ultimately about memory. Moments pass, places change and life moves on, but an image gives us something to return to. Creating memories that still mean something years later is probably what I value most about what I do.
If you have a story to tell, a moment worth remembering, or an idea you'd like to bring to life, I'd love to hear from you.
